He's still needing to work on carrier training, making vet visits and travel less stressful. Marshmallow would thrive in a quiet, calm home where he can settle in without too much traffic or loud noises. He's happiest when interactions happen on his terms, and once he feels safe, his sweet personality begins to shine.
