Keplar is a stunning red Shepherd cross with eyes full of emotion and a deep desire to feel safe and understood. While he can be reactive around other dogs and struggles with anxiety, he's also incredibly loyal, intelligent, and loving once he trusts you. He's looking for a calm, adult home with someone patient, experienced, and committed to helping him continue his training and gain confidence. In the right environment, Keplar will blossom into the devoted companion he truly wants to be.
