Hi, I'm Millie

I'm a gentle girl with a soft heart, and while the world can feel a little big and scary for me at first, I promise there's a lovely dog waiting underneath my shyness. I just need kind humans who understand that trust takes time.

When I first meet new people or find myself somewhere unfamiliar, I can be quite timid and unsure. I'm looking for a calm, patient home where I'll be given the time and space to settle in at my own pace. If you can do that for me, you'll see me slowly blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion.

Because change can feel overwhelming, I'll need my new family to take some time off work when I first come home so they can help me adjust, build my confidence, and show me that I'm safe. Having people around during those early days will make such a big difference to me.

I'd be happiest in a home with older children who can understand my sensitive nature and respect when I need a little quiet time.

I may also be able to live with a calm, well-mannered male dog, pending a successful meet. A gentle canine friend could help show me the ropes and make me feel more secure.

Because I'm a sensitive sweetheart, I'll need to meet with the Behaviour Team before heading home. You can come in Tuesday-Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm to meet everyone and see if we're the perfect match.
