About Cantaloupe

Hello there, my name is Cantaloupe!I'm a gorgeous little lady with a heart of gold! I'm on the lookout for the perfect family to welcome me into their home! I might take a moment to warm up, but once I do, my affectionate and playful nature comes through loud and clear.A calm home where I can start off in a secure safe room would be ideal. Once I feel settled, I'll be exploring and playing in no time - chasing toys, pouncing on wands, and showing off my playful kitten curiosity. Playing with me is the quickest way to my heart! I also like being up high so if you don't want me on your shoulder all the time then I would love a cat tree to be able to survey my new kingdom!I may be suited to a home with a friendly feline companion who can tolerate my kitten energy. We would need a slow introduction to each other in the home to ensure we start off our friendship on the right foot.I would prefer to be an indoor cat so that I can spend lots of time with my family and protect my lighter features from the sun!I will need regular brushing to keep my coat looking it's best!I am family friendly, but I am not used to a home with small children. Any younger family members will need to understand to give me space when I need it, particularly while I am first settling in.
