Pele is a gentle, shy girl who finds the hustle and bustle of shelter life a little overwhelming. While she may be reserved when you first meet her, with a little patience and understanding, her sweet nature begins to shine.

Once Pele gets to know you, she enjoys gentle scritches and quiet companionship. She'll thrive in a calm, peaceful home where she can settle in at her own pace and build trust with her new family.

Pele would be best suited to a quiet home with experienced owners who understand that some cats need a little extra time and reassurance. Due to the fear she displayed when entering the shelter, she is not suitable for a home with children.

If you're looking for a loyal companion and are willing to let Pele blossom in her own time, she could be the perfect addition to your family.
