About Angel

Meet Angel ❤️

Angel is a beautiful 3.5-year-old Labrador x Kelpie who sadly finds herself in the shelter through no fault of her own.

Shelter life is proving a little overwhelming for Angel, and while in care she is finding fast movements a little worrying. We don’t believe this shows us everything this lovely girl has to offer. We think she will blossom in a calm, loving home where she can take her time to settle, feel safe and build her confidence.

Angel previously lived with a 10-year-old child and was wonderful with them. She loves learning and is easy to train with positive reinforcement, making her a very rewarding girl to work with.

Angel has also lived with another dog, although unfortunately they did start to become incompatible in her previous home. Any canine companion would therefore need to be carefully matched and introduced to make sure they are a good fit.

Angel doesn’t like birds and does enjoy chasing them out of the yard, so a home without resident birds would be best for her.

Once Angel bonds with you, she will be your forever girl. ❤️ She’s looking for a soft-natured, patient home where she can relax, gain confidence and show you the beautiful personality we know is waiting underneath the stress of shelter life.
