Meet Wombat!

Wombat came to the shelter looking a little rough, he was missing a lot fur on his face and it was clear that the world had not been kind to this little guy. The moment he entered the shelter, Wombat made it clear that he won't let the past bother him. He is a sweet man who discovered quickly that humans are providers of the most important things in life; attention, pats, toys, and of course food! He is quite literally the definition of a lap cat and will soak up all of the attention you are willing to give.


He may be happy to share his home with some other nice four legged friends. Since Wombat is FIV positive, he cannot live with FIV negative cats. It's important to give him some time and space to get settled in, but once he is he will show you his true snuggle nature and won’t leave you alone.


Wombat is more than ready to leave his old street cat life behind, If you have room in your life and your heart for this gorgeous boy come on in and say hi!
