Hi, I’m Freckles

I’m a 10-year-old domestic short hair, and while I may be in my golden years, I still have so much love left to give. I’m a relaxed, easy-going boy who enjoys the simple things in life—like finding a cosy spot to curl up in, soaking up the warmth from the heater, or lounging on your lap while we watch TV together.

I’m quite affectionate and love giving gentle head bumps and rubbing my face against yours—it’s my way of saying I adore you. When I’m not busy snoozing, I enjoy a bit of playtime too! I love string toys and balls, and I have a funny habit of playing with balls like a dog—I’ll chase them around and even carry them in my mouth. Rugs and mats are also a favourite of mine to play with!

I’m looking for a calm and caring forever home where I can truly relax and feel safe. Because I enjoy a peaceful environment, I’d do best in a home without young children—kids over 6 would be just fine. I’d also prefer to be the only cat in the home so I can soak up all the love and attention. A family with previous cat experience would be perfect for me, as I’ll feel most comfortable with people who understand my needs.
