About Rippa

Hi there, my name’s Rippa and I’m a senior cattle dog x with a big heart and an even bigger love for the simple things in life. I’m not in any rush these days – a slow-paced walk, a warm spot in the sun, and a soft bed to curl up on are all I really need to be happy. I might be in my golden years, but I’ve still got plenty of love to give, and I’m hoping to find a home where I can be someone’s loyal shadow and gentle companion. I’d love a place where I can move freely between indoors and out – I’m a fan of both – and I’ll never say no to a leisurely stroll with my person by my side.

When it comes to other dogs, I’m more of a "thanks, but no thanks" kind of guy. I’m not looking to make doggy friends or share my space – I just prefer the quiet life, where I can have my people all to myself. That said, I’m totally fine passing other dogs on walks – I just give them a nod and keep on trotting. I’d do best as the only dog in the home, and if there are kids around, it’d be great if they’re dog-savvy and we can meet first to make sure we’re a good match. I’m really just looking for a calm, loving home where I can enjoy my retirement in peace and comfort.
