Hi there! My name is Princess, and I’m a sweet, timid 6-year-old Jack Russell girl looking for my forever home. I might be a little shy at first, and I take my time to warm up to new people. But once I trust you, I’m all about cuddles and being by your side. I do need someone who understands that I can be a little fearful and need space when I feel overwhelmed.

Here’s what I’m looking for in my new family:

I need a home with calm, patient kids who understand that I can be a bit scared sometimes. Kids over 15 who know how to give me breaks and respect my boundaries will be the best fit for me. I’m still a little unsure around new people and situations, so I need a quiet environment where I can feel safe.

Loud noises and sudden changes make me nervous, so a quiet, calm home is what I really thrive in. I’ve been through some tough times, and I’m still figuring out how to relax. A peaceful, consistent environment will help me grow more confident.

I’ll need my space, and it may take me a little while to feel comfortable. Please take things slow with me, giving me frequent breaks so I can adjust and move away if I need to. If you’re patient, I promise I’ll be your loyal companion once I have built trust.

I live with a friend right now and feel comfortable around other dogs. I get confidence from being around other pups. If you have other dogs, we’ll need to meet first to make sure we get along!

I was a little hesitant about the indoor spaces at first, but I’m much more comfortable outside. Having access to a yard or an outdoor space where I can come and go as I please will help me feel safe and give me the freedom to explore when I’m ready.

I’m a loving girl at heart, and once I feel comfortable, I’ll be your biggest supporter.
