Hi there! My name’s Genie, and I am a kitty with a soft heart and lots of love to give – once I get to know you.

I can be a little shy and reserved at first, so I’m looking for someone who understands that I need time and patience to feel safe. Once I trust you, I’m incredibly affectionate – I love gentle cuddles and being close to my humans. Because I startle easily, I’d be happiest in a quiet, calm home. Loud noises and sudden movements make me nervous, so I’d prefer a house without young children – kids over 12 who can respect my space would be okay. One thing that’s really important to me is having access to both the indoors and outdoors.

I really would love my forever home to have a secure outdoor space like a catio or enclosed yard where I can enjoy the fresh air safely. I love exploring and lounging in the sun, but I need to stay protected. If you have experience with cats like me and can offer a peaceful home with lots of love and patience, I’d love to meet you. I promise I’m worth the wait
