Hey… I’m Holly! I’m a 4-month-old Labrador x Kelpie with a dazzling smile and a big heart. I get nervous at first, however, if you’re positive and patient, we could be great friends. I need someone who can go slow with me. There are a lot of things I need to learn, but the most important is to know the world is safe. So, a calm and gentle person who is home most of the time is best for me to become my best self.

Here’s what my dream home looks like:

• 15+ Family: younger humans can be loud and unpredictable. I’m not ready for that action yet.
• An experienced handler: someone who knows how to help shy pups become happy and confident.
• A quiet, peaceful home: so, I can learn new experiences at my own pace.
• Indoor/outdoor access with a secure fenced yard: I like exploring, but I need to feel safe in the home. Seeing unfamiliar things passing by the yard is too much right now.
• No other dogs: I need my own space to learn. My social skills are still in beginner mode, and I need gentle, positive introductions to new dogs to understand that they’re friends.
• Food motivated: I repeat: FOOD motivated. Snacks = my love language. Great for creating positive associations.
